Marquee hire for weddings, private parties and events in Woodstock and the surrounding Oxfordshire countryside.
Woodstock sits on the edge of the Cotswolds, with villages, gardens and parkland landscapes nearby. If you have suitable private grounds or a venue with outdoor space, a marquee can provide a flexible setting for a meal, drinks reception or evening celebration.
Oxford Tent Company can help with the marquee and the practical details inside it, from seating and flooring to bars, dance floors and lighting. Our team handles installation and collection.
We can help create a marquee setting for events around Woodstock, including:
Wooden tables and chairs, coconut matting, a bar, a dance floor and warm lighting can complete the main space. We also offer sofas, coffee tables, stages, festoon lighting and catering tents where the event needs them.
We welcome enquiries for wedding receptions, family celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries and other gatherings around Woodstock.
The best position depends on more than the view. Access for installation vehicles, grass condition, trees, boundaries and room for ropes can affect which structure fits the site.
We can discuss the journey guests will take from the entrance to dining and later entertainment, as well as how caterers will reach their working area. Planning those routes early helps the event run comfortably without crowding the interior.
Our marquee hire service can include:
We welcome enquiries from Woodstock and surrounding areas, including:
Please send us the location and describe the available outdoor area. If the site has restricted access or protected grounds, we can discuss what would be required before suggesting a marquee layout.
The Cotswolds is home to some of the country’s most beautiful wedding settings, from private gardens and country houses to rural estates and exclusive venues. We work with couples, planners and venues to create marquee spaces that suit both the setting and the style of the day.
Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a larger wedding celebration, we can help design a layout that works seamlessly for dining, drinks, dancing and everything in between.
Tell us the event date, postcode or site location, guest count and what you have in mind for dining, music or dancing. We can recommend a suitable marquee and quote for any furniture, lighting and event equipment you would like included.
